Delivery is free within the UK, please contact me for postage costs outside of the UK. 

You the buyer are responsible for items lost in the post,(proof of postage can be supplied.) However if you prefer a premium service with tracking can be supplied at a cost to you the buyer. 

All collars are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.


It is possible to return your collar in its original packaging in an unused condition within 14 days of the order being sent unless it is a bespoke order. 

Bespoke orders are orders made to your specification, ie a change of fittings from brass to nickel, a ribbon specifically purchased for you or a size made to your specification.

 You (the customer) will be responsible for the cost and delivery for the returned item, I cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Refunds will not be given for any misuse of the collar or if your dog has damaged it through scratching or chewing.

All refunds will be minus the original Paypal, postage & packaging cost of £2.75 per collar to send the item to you the customer.


 We source our materials and hardware from numerous suppliers.  Whilst every effort has been made to test and verify suitability, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents as a result of hardware failure and or incorrect fitting.

We recommend that the finished product is checked on a regular basis for defects/wear and tear. 

By purchasing our collars, the purchaser accepts all responsibility for any incidents, accidents or loss, whatever the nature.
